HEAD CHEF Location: Kuwait Salary: USD 3,240 – 4,536 per month + KWD 300 accommodation allowance Experience: Experienced professional chef JOB DESCRIPTION An established hospitality operation in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Head Chef to take responsibility for the overall kitchen operation. The successful candidate will lead the culinary team, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure efficient kitchen management. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Proven Head Chef or senior culinary management experience • Strong leadership and team-management skills • Experience in fine-dining or standalone restaurant environments • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean-Italian fusion cuisine • Excellent food-cost, stock and kitchen-management skills • Valid passport and ability to travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage the full kitchen brigade • Oversee food quality, consistency and presentation • Manage kitchen operations, ordering and stock • Develop and maintain menus and recipes • Control food costs and minimise wastage • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
